The modern battery-operated digital thermometer LILLYplus is the new flagship product from our proven and robust standard LILLY line.
With an exceptionally high accuracy of 0.1 % FS, the medium temperature is displayed precisely. Another highlight is a high-contrast graphic LC display, which allows for easy readability from large distances up to 10 m. With the degree of protection IP 65 and resistance against ambient temperatures of −20 °C to +70 °C at a relative humidity of up to 95 %, the LILLYplus can be applied even in harsh industrial environments.
Thus, the digital thermometer is suitable for an extraordinarily wide range of applications, which requires high precision at extreme ambient conditions, e.g. as an alternative for industrial mercury glass thermometers.

How about a thermometer with individual design?
As an extension to our industrial ambient thermometers, we now also offer the TRCh 100 for the private use.
The high-quality stainless steel case is weatherproof and reliably indicates the temperature indoors and outdoors. Due to the latest technology, we are able to design your customised thermometer. We can implement individual dials with your colour requests, also combined with your text elements.
Typical applications are on-site checks and the re-calibration of instruments such as pressure gauges, transmitters or pressure switches.
The devices are equipped with a pump handle system for approximate pressurization. An additional fine adjustment mechanism allows for the precise adjustment of the test pressure. As reference, digital pressure gauges are deployed.
The available pressure range ranges from almost vacuum (-0.95 bar) up to 700 bar.
Where highly challenging measuring tasks have to be met, chemical seals with PTFE-foil are used among others.
We have developed a new process – the KCT-process – with which we are able to apply PTFE-foil in a very thin, homogenous layer. The operation capacity of the chemical seal is not affected. Thanks to this new process, even difficult shapes (e.g. clamp chemical seals) can be coated with this foil.

Also for our new diaphragm pressure gauge all wetted parts are made from stainless steel and are completely welded. Unlike with the use of chemical seals, the filling fluid is not necessary and we achieve an “absolutely dry measuring cell“. Contamination of the medium through the transfer fluid can herewith be ruled out in the event of damage. We ensure that mixing of the medium and the filling fluid is by no means possible. Through special methods, we were able to increase the lifespan of the instruments compared to the competition by the factor 10.
However, the diaphragm pressure gauge does not reach the lifespan of a pressure gauge with chemical seal. The temperature-related additional error of 0.8 % / 10 K in reference to the span is 6-times inferior than for a pressure gauge with chemical seal.
The chemical seals that separate the pressure gauges from the medium have to be very robust, and the pressure gauge has to withstand the weather conditions, the impacts and vibrations. Nevertheless, the measuring instruments have to operate with high accuracy and have to be easily readable, even from greater distances and under difficult weather conditions.
Besides the application in oil and gas production, there exist other fields of application, such as pumping of concrete or other highly abrasive media, which are transported under high pressure in large pipelines. Instead of a pressure gauge, the attachment of pressure transmitters is also possible.

Our new DIGDTMvUHP unites reliable ALL-IN-ONE technology with special purity specifications for ULTRA HIGH PURITY. The DIGDTMvUHP features a dead volume under 750 mm3, a dry thin film measuring cell, a discreet temperature sensor and digital electronics. Besides the compensation of ambient air, the combination of these instrument features also allows to emit the transmitter temperature over the integrated RS-485 interface and the triggering of switching operations via the two FET-switching outputs. The software USSCOM allows the user to comfortably perform a variety of adjustments (e.g. switching functions, software low-pass etc.) and to display measuring values. The use of a dry measuring cell excludes the risk of contamination of the system.

This is exactly where our gas-actuated thermometer with in-line pipe stem, which is directly built into the process line, is an efficient measuring option. The in-line pipe stem allows a measurement free of dead space. Deposits and contaminations can be avoided because there are no changes in the cross section.
As a result no swirls occur, which could interfere with the flow of the medium. This is an advantage especially for small pipe diameters. Also measurement instruments below the SIP suitable temperature range (135 °C / 275 °F) are constructed overrange protected and are applicable for cleaning and sterilisation.

But there are measuring points that have extremely higher overpressure. In this case, our new diaphragm pressure gauge PCh 100-3 HOP is applicable. This instrument withstands overpressure of 100, 250 or max. 600 bar (1,500; 3,000 or max. 10,000 psi).
The precise requirements have to be aligned with our solution possibilities. Options, which are available for „regular“ diaphragm pressure gauges, are principally also possible in this case. Details also have to be aligned, e.g. open flange connection, limit switch contact assembly.
As addition to our absolute pressure gauge APCh (data sheet 3901), we have checked the possibility of supplying absolute pressure gauges with wetted parts made of Monel upon customer request.
Yes, we can! We look forward to your request. Monel is considered very resistant against corrosion, many acids and especially fluorine F2. Even if you require special materials, please contact us so we can align all details of your special application.
We have set ourselves the task to make our chemical seals with extension tube applicable in those areas. The used materials are sour gas resistant according to NACE. We constructively worked-out the pressure resistance in accordance to the guidelines AD 2000, especially AD 2000 W2, and have in general reorganised our production. Furthermore, also the seal welds are subject to specific requirements (welding documentation, welding technique inspections) that we meet in accordance to DIN EN 15613.

Especially for Arctic countries where ambient temperatures of up to -60 °C (-76 °F) are reached we have now designed a Bourdon tube pressure gauge that braves such weathers...
Besides extreme temperatures of up to -60 °C (-76 °F), our RSChgG 160-3 can also withstand sandstorms, saltwater or sea air. The application in potentially explosive areas also does not present a problem for this pressure gauge.
