The union nut and the weld / solder nipple are used to create a measuring point on a component and are connected to the vessel by soldering or welding. The advantage of the rotatable union nut is that it allows the front of the measuring device to be aligned while ensuring that the medium is sealed as intended.

Nipples and union nuts are available as a set or as individual parts.
